Roswell, located in the high plains of the Pecos River Valley in southeastern New Mexico, is a world-renowned atmospheric and cultural vortex of extraterrestrial activity. Roswell is most popularly known for having its name attached to what is now called the 1947 Roswell UFO incident, though the crash site of the alleged UFO was some 75 miles (121 km) from Roswell and closer to Corona. The investigation and debris recovery was handled by the local Roswell Army Air Field.
Significant features of the Roswell energetic field include its relationship with the nearby Walker Air Force Base, which historically served as the home of the 509th Bomb Group. This intersection of secretive military operations and anomalous aerial phenomena has created a stabilized field of strangeness. Many people report that the energy in Roswell feels like a radio frequency that is constantly being tuned, with frequent reports of electronic interference, strange lights in the night sky, and a localized distortion of linear time.

Note: There is currently no scientific method to prove that vortexes exist. Just because a location is on the vortex map, does not prove there is a vortex there. What it means, is that someone suggested the location and provided evidence or a personal account, and/or we found corroborating evidence from other sources. We do this so other visitors to the site can send us their opinion on the validity of the vortex claim, to build a consensus.
Have you visited this location? If so, let us know if you think this place is a vortex or not. We will post your comments here.
