Basye Vortex Basye Vortex

Basye Vortex

The Basye Vortex, located near the community of Basye in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. The vortex is centered on the elevated ridges overlooking the Stony Creek valley. Practitioners describe the vibration in this area as being exceptionally buoyant and a little disorienting.

This vortex was registered on 04.20.12I took a group here a couple of weeks ago. I had low expectations, but it was definitely something special. There are springs (water), energy, there is a cathedral there so it’s a sacred site, and it’s very spiritual. Orkney Springs and Lake Laura also have vortex claims.

Note: There is currently no scientific method to prove that vortexes exist. Just because a location is on the vortex map, does not prove there is a vortex there. What it means, is that someone suggested the location and provided evidence or a personal account, and/or we found corroborating evidence from other sources. We do this so other visitors to the site can send us their opinion on the validity of the vortex claim, to build a consensus.

Have you visited this location? If so, let us know if you think this place is a vortex or not. We will post your comments here.
