A vortex in Birmingham, Alabama? Many years ago, about 20, a date took me to a street in the city that ran uphill from where he parked his car. He put his car in neutral, took off the brake, and the car began to glide uphill! The car was turned off and out of gear, and yet we were moving uphill! Was that a vortex, and if not, what was it?
