The Marysburgh Triangle, located in the eastern corner of Lake Ontario near Prince Edward County, is often cited as the Great Lakes version of the Bermuda Triangle. This area is a significant North American vortex characterized by its high concentration of shipwrecks, aircraft disappearances, and compass malfunctions. The Marysburgh Triangle is viewed as a primary water portal and a geomagnetic anomaly. The bedrock of this region is primarily limestone and ancient magnetite, which creates a localized magnetic field that is known to deviate significantly from the standard North Pole alignment.
Local legends and modern reports frequently describe anomalous fog banks that appear and disappear instantly, as well as sightings of ghost ships that seem to be trapped in a repeating temporal loop. These phenomena are attributed to the unique electromagnetic signature of the triangle.
The Marysburgh Triangle is perceived as a site of profound purification and elemental power. Practitioners who work with this energy describe it as a cold, scouring force that is capable of stripping away false layers of the psyche and forcing a confrontation with the hidden depths of the subconscious. The surrounding land is an area for deep shadow work and the integration of the unconscious mind.

Note: There is currently no scientific method to prove that vortexes exist. Just because a location is on the vortex map, does not prove there is a vortex there. What it means, is that someone suggested the location and provided evidence or a personal account, and/or we found corroborating evidence from other sources. We do this so other visitors to the site can send us their opinion on the validity of the vortex claim, to build a consensus.
Have you visited this location? If so, let us know if you think this place is a vortex or not. We will post your comments here.
