Comal Springs Vortex

Comal Springs, located within Landa Park in New Braunfels, Texas, is the largest freshwater spring system in Texas and the American Southwest, emerging from the Balcones Fault zone where the Edwards Aquifer meets the surface. The water rises through deep fissures in the limestone bedrock, a calcium-rich stone that acts as a natural terrestrial filter.

The energy is said to be most potent during the transition into the summer months, when the contrast between the cool spring water and the Texas heat enhances the thermal-conductive properties of the limestone basin. Many visitors report a sense of being deeply grounded and refreshed after spending time near the headwaters, as if the constant movement of the springs facilitates a renewal of the spirit.

Note: There is currently no scientific method to prove that vortexes exist. Just because a location is on the vortex map, does not prove there is a vortex there. What it means, is that someone suggested the location and provided evidence or a personal account, and/or we found corroborating evidence from other sources. We do this so other visitors to the site can send us their opinion on the validity of the vortex claim, to build a consensus.

Have you visited this location? If so, let us know if you think this place is a vortex or not. We will post your comments here.
