  Hello there! I'm writing to you because of something very interesting I just experienced while reading your website about Mt Tam. I read something about ley lines and wanted to know if there were any such lines close to San Francisco where I live. I was led to your article about the line that connects Mt Tam with the mystery spot in Santa Cruz. Well the map in that article shows that line just happens to pass right down the middle of the park less than a block from my house. I have always been particularly drawn to this park, I go there often to work out or just ease my spirit, it's a very tranquil place. Wanting to know more about this I then came across your article about Mt. Tam and its significance as a point of energy, or a Vortex as you call it. I actually grew up in Marin county and spent my childhood hiking and biking on Tam, and have been to mountain play there many times throughout the years. It really does have a special quality to it like you talk about. Here's where things get really interesting and why I wanted to email you. At the bottom of that article is a comment someone had left you about their recent experience hiking on Mt Tam and how that felt. I had also recently been to Mt Tam a few months ago for the first time in more than a decade with my family and felt the same way, it was a really wonderful time and I can clearly remember how light hearted and full of joy I felt that day. The comment by this individual who had also been there had a date - 15 September 2023. Sept 15th is my birthday. Out of curiosity I went to my photos to see what I was doing that day. That was the day I was on Mt Tam. It was for my birthday.

  Hi there, I've been searching for all around the web for vortices in New Zealand yet found nothing so far, I stumbled across your website and looked at the maps but there's no info on NZ either. Are there any vortices in NZ that you might personal know of? Thanks, Stewart

  Hello Stewart, thank you for writing. We have not received any reports of a vortex in New Zealand, which suprises me. Some say there is a spinning water vortex and Earth's elemental water vortex at Lake Rotopounamu. The Dalai Lama named Castle Hill, New Zealand the Spiritual Center of the Universe. There is a ley line that is said to run around the Earth on a path that goes through Castle Hill and Uluru. Please let us know if you visit these locations and whether you think we should add them to the Vortex Map.

  Ringing rocks Vortex - I grew up in that area, many stories of all kinds of encounters also Mount Airy Philly. I remember childhood nightmares and their are rumors of albino people somewhere deep in woods of those Appalachian mountains. When we were teenagers we found old Masonic small pyramids. Many things that no one would believe. Enjoyed the blog..Thanks

  I live next to the Glass Indian Mounds that date back to the woodland Indians in 200 AD. The mounds are on a gold course with a master planned community next door.   Hi, I just found your site by searching Wichita mountains vortex. I think this photo might add to the evidence pile. This photo is of the central axis of what I believe to be an enormous helix. I took it in the Charon's Garden area. That's as specific as I can recall. Someday soon I hope to return to do more exploring and photo taking. This structure is so large, it's nearly impossible to get enough of it in the frame while standing on the ground. Really impressive! - Dave

  Greetings De, I have heard that the cicadas in the area can sound metallic, and other people have reported a low hum near Bell Rock. But, to me that does not sound like what you are describing. An owl, maybe? Can you send us a recording of the sound?

  Vortex at Mesa Verde National Park - I found your information while researching what I captured in a recent photo when visiting Mesa Verde National Park in Early October. Attached is the photo. As you can see above the middle mountain you can see a vortex. This appeared when I increased the 'sharpness' of the photo during post processing. It is very strange and has me completely baffled. Maybe you can help. Thanks so much, Cathy
