Lockegee Rock Vortex

Lockegee Rock Vortex

  • Vortex Type: Energy, negative

4.27.2019 - I just saw a post from 2013 here asking if anyone had ever had unusual experience at Lockegee Rock in Eastern Kentucky——YES!!!!!! I would love to know if anyone else’s experiences. I have been twice, and have felt very uncomfortable each time. My balance felt off near the rock, my depth perception seemed “off” while climbing, and the whole place felt extremely creepy and negative. I thought I was the only one who felt something there! Like a weird unsettling energy force. I am not afraid of heights, it just seemed like some bad things had happened there. I DO NOT ever want to go back.

  • This is a dangerous climb. People have fallen from the rock. There is glass, debris and graffiti. Use caution if you visit here.

Note: There is currently no scientific method to prove that vortexes exist. Just because a location is on the vortex map, does not prove there is a vortex there. What it means, is that someone suggested the location and provided evidence or a personal account, and/or we found corroborating evidence from other sources. We do this so other visitors to the site can send us their opinion on the validity of the vortex claim, to build a consensus.

Have you visited this location? If so, contact us and let us know if you think this place is a vortex or not. We will post your comments here.
